Postcards from Sailor - Edition 20

My, my, what a busy week it's been so far! So busy that I just haven't made it to the post box until...well, the moment I'm sending this! If I can get a word in at the moment, I'd like to draw everyone's attention to...The new album!

That's right, I've scrapped the 2.Contamination idea (for now, just for now) and decided to do a follow-up to Earthling instead. I'm not really sure how to describe the sound for you peeps, but it's something like techno meets folk and put in a blender. I'm really excited about this one, and I'm sure it shows by the huge smile on my face, yea?

Oh wait, wrong picture for that comment...never mind. This is actually the cover art for the album, which as you can see is going to be called "Martian." A little bit of a cheap shot on my part, but I'm allowed! And for that added touch of authenticity, I've got a swell new collaborator (he's the other guy on the album cover, I'm sure you've figured that out already). It took a good doing to get him away from his other commitments, but I'm so glad I did!

It's going to be a great project, a wonderful time of productivity. That should have been given away by the hair, after all (I took the liberty of going red again and adding a few things for this one, but I think the overall effect is quite nice.) Nice to have a reason to wear the coat again, and it's even nicer that I got it out of the locked security room I had it in to prevent /someone/ from getting their conniving hands on it. Clever, if I've told you once I've told you a thousand times...you want the thing, you use that brain of yours to make it yourself!

Right, gone on long enough for one postcard (wish you could see how long it takes me to cram all the writing on the thing!) And has it been twenty weeks already? Time flies and all that.
